Heat energy; use it not only for 1 x but for 10 x!
The EnEV for new buildings has strict regulations for energy savings; but for old buildings, the reconstructions regulations are more obliging. The reasons are particularly the high financial costs for the owner and at the end also the limited physical possibilities in order to achieve a compared status with the new buildings.
This contains a significant consideration fault, but the main costs must be paid for the exterior isolation and new thick windows and doors in order to fulfil the isolation regulations and the tightness regulations. With this first measures it is “only” possible to economize 30 – 40 % of the previous energy consumption. The airing deficits due to uncontrolled open windows and doors remain. This mainly, as the EnEV does not rule stringently a CVS with HR. Each house builder knows that nothing can be realizable without a CVS with HR. Low enenrgy houses(LEHs) or passive energy houses (PEH). In the case of old buildings a lot of people do not think about this. For this reason a lot of airing cycles are necessary, because thick windows and doors do not offer leaks, which are often responsible for a sufficient airing exchange.
The airing behaviour of the residents is often contra productive against the reconstruction, because the residents air to much (windows are constantly open) or changes it in a bad living comfort, because people do not open enough the windows or even they do not open the windows, this panders the mould growth, which endangers the health of the residents.
The investment for controlled airing with HR is the lowest part (<10 %) of the reconstruction costs, particularly if the local ventilation apparatus will be installed by GF-SOL-AIR.
In the brochure House/Energy (see information) the coherencies are easy presented. You can see that the heat energy consumption sinks on a level which can be compared with one of the LEHs if you install a ventilation apparatus.
Factor 10 less heating costs is not a utopia!
